Using Memezio

By using Memezio, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Credits & Billing

• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once used.
• Credits never expire - use them whenever you want.
• Prices are in USD. All purchases are processed by Stripe.
• No subscriptions - pay once, use your credits anytime.

Content Ownership

You own the memes you create with Memezio. You can use them for personal or commercial purposes. We do not claim any ownership over your generated content. By creating content, you confirm you have the right to use any ideas or references in your prompts.

Acceptable Use

• No generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• No attempting to generate content that violates third-party rights.
• No using the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• No attempting to exploit or attack the platform.

AI Generation

AI-generated content may be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. We do not guarantee specific results from any prompt.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless required by law.

Liability

Memezio is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
